HookedUp.org is an informational directory. It is not a retailer, marketplace, medical provider, product laboratory, or agent for any listed business. A listing does not mean that HookedUp.org owns, controls, endorses, licenses, or has verified the business or its inventory.
2. Accuracy, availability, and legal compliance
Listings may be created from public map data and submitted corrections. Addresses, hours, contact details, classifications, ownership, and product availability can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Call a business before visiting and independently verify important information. HookedUp.org does not guarantee that any item is in stock, lawful in your location, safe, effective, approved, or suitable for you.
You are responsible for complying with applicable age restrictions and federal, state, and local laws. Nothing on the site is medical, legal, or professional advice, and the site does not identify sources for illegal, controlled, counterfeit, or unapproved drug products.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the site for lawful, personal, and business research. You may not:
- Submit false ownership claims, impersonate another person, or misrepresent authority.
- Upload unlawful, deceptive, infringing, defamatory, malicious, or privacy-invasive content.
- Interfere with the site, bypass security controls, introduce malware, or overload services.
- Use the directory to facilitate unlawful sales or evade age, licensing, or product rules.
- Systematically copy or republish protected site design, original copy, or compiled content without permission.
4. Corrections, submissions, and claimed profiles
Current corrections and claim requests are handled by email and under the Listing & Claim Policy. If you submit text, images, logos, business information, or other material, you confirm that it is accurate, that you have the necessary rights and permissions, and that HookedUp.org may host, reproduce, edit for formatting, and display it for operating and promoting the directory.
HookedUp.org may request verification, reject a correction or claim, preserve an edit record, suspend access, restore prior information, or remove a profile when reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, or the integrity of the directory.
5. Advertising
Advertising inquiries and campaigns are governed by the Advertising Terms and any signed order form. Displayed package prices are starting prices and do not guarantee acceptance, placement, impressions, traffic, sales, or exclusivity.
6. Intellectual property
HookedUp.org’s original site copy, design, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. HookedUp™ is used to identify the directory and its services; the ™ symbol is a claim of trademark rights and does not state that the mark is federally registered. Third-party names, logos, map data, and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.
To report suspected infringement, email info@hookedup.org with your contact information, identification of the protected work or mark, the material at issue and its URL, the basis for your claim, and a statement that your report is accurate and authorized.
7. Third-party services and links
The site uses or links to services operated by others, including OpenStreetMap, Google, Vercel, unpkg, and listed businesses. HookedUp.org does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or transactions.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookedUp.org disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and noninfringement. HookedUp.org is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, personal injury, product issues, or losses arising from a listing, business, third-party service, or reliance on directory content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookedUp.org’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to the public directory will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted.
9. Suspension and changes
HookedUp.org may restrict access, remove content, or change or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and contact
HookedUp.org is operated as a California sole proprietorship. These terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
